perfect spot for city strolls and nearby attractions

The hotel was just a few minutes away from the mall at robinson and the beautiful pittsburgh botanic garden. The staff were helpful when we needed recommendations for local spots to check out after a long day of walking around the city.

We needed Wheelchair Accessible room with nice appliances as well as a full size refrigerator and it was available. Location: the hotel was not far from Airport and restaurants and Stores and local attractions. Local fast food option Steak 'n Shake was 20 minutes walk away.

This brand-new hotel offers good choice of new-fashioned rooms. Thank you very much all for the fairly nice stay for a business trip.

This was just a fine choice for a mini-break over the weekend in Robinson Township with great value for money. The parking was easy and stress-free, making our arrival smooth. Bring your own snacks if you're picky about breakfast choices.

The staff were really good too help us during a medical emergency, which we appreciated. The location is great, with lots of shops nearby for american standards. The indoor pool and hot tub were a perfect way to relax after a long day.

The king studio was spacious and well-equipped. Breakfast options was awesome, with gluten-free porridge and oat milk available, a nice touch for diverse needs. The pool area was overcrowded, and there were limitations on guest numbers, which diminished the relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom lacked sufficient amenities, complicating basic needs .

Towneplace suites was fantastic! The location is super convenient, close to a mall and the airport. Our king studio with sofa bed was spacious and clean. Loved the indoor pool and free coffee all day. Kathleen at the front desk was so friendly.

I enjoyed my stay and used the airport shuttle after a late arrival. My room had a full kitchen, convenient for preparing meals. The indoor pool provided a place to unwind, and I appreciated the free breakfast with a good selection. I explored the area, discovering nearby shopping options. I particularly loved the botanical garden, a beautiful green space to relax in during my travels.

I enjoyed my stay here, especially the fully stocked kitchen and the spacious room. the pool was overcrowded and not as accessible as advertised. I would stay again!

Family approved for a comfy stay

The staff was really friendly. Our room was immaculate, a true escape after a long day traveling & the beds were super comfy which gave an excellent night sleep!

Free Wi-Fi was great, and the fitness center had all the right equipment. The bathroom could use more garbage cans.

Had a bit of trouble with the pool area being overly crowded, especially on weekends due to non-guests crashing the party. The breakfast offerings were mostly lackluster with limited choices and subpar coffee. The bathroom in the room wasn't equipped properly with garbage cans.

Free Wi-Fi worked well in the room. 24-hour reception was super helpful. Pool was crowded.

Nice stay with some quirks

The staff were super friendly. The breakfast spread was nice, with some solid options that fueled us for the day. Just wish the pool wasn't so packed. It felt more like a fun zone than a relaxing spot. Still, overall a good experience.

The King Studio with Sofa Bed was super comfy and clean. I loved having a fully stocked kitchen and a big fridge, nice for longer stays. The bed was comfy too. It was good to sink into after a busy day. The bathroom was clean, and all the amenities were in good shape. Plus, it seemed like a cozy little apartment instead of just a hotel room. Really nice space overall!
